Updated July 2026 — read Revised Direction first. The page plan below still describes the right architecture, but the service pages have changed: ADA & wayfinding signage, custom whiteboards, window frost & film, and acrylic & business signs are now the lead pages. The channel-letters page and all sign-permit content are removed. See Revised Direction, section 6.
All Ways Signs and Graphics — Website Structure & Page Plan
The blueprint for your new website Date: June 2026
How to read this document. This is the page-by-page plan for your new website. It turns the goal — "a site Google can actually find and rank" — into a clear map of every page, what goes on it, and why. We've split the work into three phases. Phase 1 pages have full specifications (everything needed to write and build them). Phase 2 and Phase 3 pages are outlined here (name, web address, focus, and purpose) and will be fully detailed as we get to them.
Web Address Conventions
A few simple rules keep your web addresses clean and search-friendly:
- All lowercase, words separated by hyphens:
/vehicle-wraps/not/VehicleWraps/ - Consistent endings (we pick one format and stick with it throughout the site)
- Service pages:
/[service-name]/ - City pages:
/[city-name]/ - Combined service-and-city pages:
/[service]-[city]/ - Helpful articles:
/resources/[article-name]/ - No dates in web addresses — the content stays evergreen (always current)
Your main web address: allwayssignsfl.com (secured with HTTPS, the padlock that tells visitors your site is safe)

3. ADA & Wayfinding Signage
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Web address | /ada-signage/ |
| Page title | ADA & Wayfinding Signage — Fort Lauderdale & South Florida \| All Ways Signs |
| Search description | ADA-compliant signage & wayfinding systems for schools, hotels, condos, plants & offices across South Florida. Tactile, Braille, room ID & directional signs — whole-building packages. 954-715-1265. |
| Main heading | ADA Signage That Passes Inspection — and Looks Like It Belongs |
| Search terms to target | ADA signs Fort Lauderdale, ADA signage Broward County, wayfinding signs South Florida, Braille signs Pompano Beach |
| Schema markup | Service + LocalBusiness + FAQPage |
| Primary call-to-action | Request a Building Quote (send floor plans) + tap-to-call |
Content sections:
- Hero — main heading + "Tactile and Braille room signs, restroom and accessibility signage, and full wayfinding systems — whole buildings, not one sign at a time."
- What we make — 6-card grid: Tactile & Braille Room Signs, Restroom & Accessibility Signs, Directional & Wayfinding, Suite & Unit Numbering, Safety/Egress & Plant Signage, Whole-Building Packages.
- Who we do this for — schools & districts, hotels & resorts, condominiums & HOAs, plants & warehouses, corporate offices, property & facility managers.
- Why us / compliance — plain-English explanation of the 2010 ADA Standards (tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, mounting height, contrast, non-glare) and the point that compliant does not have to mean institutional.
- Process — Survey & sign schedule → Design the system → Produce as one set → Install & verify against the schedule.
- Gallery — 8–10 ADA / wayfinding photos.
- FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) block:
- What makes a sign ADA compliant?
- Do I need a permit for ADA signage?
- Can you do a whole building at once?
- Do you match our existing signage?
- How fast can you turn around a signage package?
- Call-to-action — "Send us your floor plans" + quote button

4. Custom Whiteboards & Dry-Erase Workflow Boards
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Web address | /custom-whiteboards/ |
| Page title | Custom Whiteboards & Dry-Erase Workflow Boards — South Florida \| All Ways Signs |
| Search description | Custom dry-erase workflow boards built around how your team actually works — printed grids, schedules & KPI layouts for plants, shops, schools & offices in South Florida. 954-715-1265. |
| Main heading | Dry-Erase Boards Built Around How Your Team Actually Works |
| Search terms to target | custom whiteboard, custom dry erase board, workflow board, production board, custom whiteboard printing South Florida |
| Schema markup | Service + LocalBusiness + FAQPage |
| Primary call-to-action | Design My Board (send a photo of your current board) + tap-to-call |
Content sections:
- Hero — main heading + "Your columns, your bays, your shifts, your numbers — printed permanently into the board."
- The idea — the argument against a blank whiteboard: the team redraws the grid, it ghosts, nobody trusts it. A printed layout under a dry-erase surface fixes it permanently.
- What we build — 6-card grid: Production & Workflow Boards, Scheduling & Dispatch Boards, KPI/Safety/Days-Since Boards, Branded Conference & Office Boards, Classroom & Campus Boards, Something Else Entirely.
- Proof — the two case studies: Hoerbiger (global manufacturing plant) and Auto Repair Pros (multi-location group). Written permission to name both required before publishing.
- Who it's for — plants, auto shops & service centers, warehouses, schools, hotels & condos, corporate offices.
- Process — Show us the room → We design the layout → Print & build → Install & repeat (artwork stays on file for the next location).
- FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) block:
- What is a custom workflow board?
- Will the printed lines wipe off with the marker?
- How big can you make them?
- Can you make the same board for all of our locations?
- We don't know what our board should look like — can you help?
- Call-to-action — "Send us a photo of your current board" + quote button

|---|---|
| Web address | /sign-face-replacement/ |
| Page title | Sign Face Replacement & Refacing — Cabinet & Monument Faces \| All Ways Signs |
| Search description | Illuminated cabinet face changes, monument change-face panels & multi-tenant directory inserts across South Florida. New tenant? Keep the sign, change the face. 954-715-1265. |
| Main heading | New Tenant? Keep the Sign. Change the Face. |
| Search terms to target | sign face replacement, cabinet sign face, monument sign face replacement, sign refacing Fort Lauderdale |
| Schema markup | Service + LocalBusiness + FAQPage |
| Primary call-to-action | Send Us a Photo of the Sign + tap-to-call |
Content sections:
- Hero — main heading + "Illuminated cabinet faces, monument change-face panels and multi-tenant directory inserts — fitted into the sign structure you already have."
- The idea — the cabinet, monument, pole and lighting are all fine; the only thing wrong with the sign is the name on it. Refacing costs a fraction of replacement.
- What we reface — 6-card grid: Illuminated Cabinet Faces, Monument Change-Face Panels, Multi-Tenant Directory Inserts, Vinyl Overlays & Copy Changes, Sun-Damaged Face Renewal, Whole-Portfolio Programs.
- Who calls us for this — property & plaza managers, landlords, office parks, condo/HOA boards, new tenants, franchise operators.
- Straight answer: what we do and don't — explicit scope statement (no new monument structures, cabinets, channel letters or permitted structural work) and the permit note: rules vary by city; where a permit is required the property manager or GC pulls it, not All Ways.
- Process — Send a photo → Match the plaza's sign standard → Produce the face → Swap it on site.
- Gallery — 6–10 before/after face replacement photos.
- FAQ block:
- What is a sign face replacement?
- Do I need a permit to change a sign face?
- Can you match the other tenants' panels?
- How fast can you turn a face around?
- Do you build new monument signs or channel letters?
- Call-to-action — "Send us a photo of the sign" + quote button

Phase 3 — Service + City Pages (Specific Searches)
Build these after the main pages are ranking. Each one targets a single service in a single city (for example, "vehicle wraps in Fort Lauderdale"). These can be standalone pages or expanded sections of a service page — whichever is easier to keep distinct (so the pages don't look duplicated to Google).
Priority order: highest-value services (ada-signage, custom-whiteboards, window-film) in the highest-intent cities (fort-lauderdale, miami, boca-raton) first.

Internal Linking Plan
The rule: every page links to at least 3 other pages. Service pages link to each other (to cross-sell) and to the relevant city page. City pages link to all service pages. The gallery links to all service pages. The contact page is linked from every single page, both in the menu and inside the content.
| From | Links to |
|---|---|
| Home | All 5 Phase 1 service pages, /gallery/, /about/, /reviews/, /contact/ |
| Each service page | /contact/, /gallery/, 2–3 related service pages, 1–2 city pages |
| Each city page | All service pages, /contact/, /gallery/ |
| /gallery/ | All service pages, /contact/, /about/ |
| /about/ | /contact/, /gallery/, /reviews/ |
| /reviews/ | /contact/, /about/, /gallery/ |
| /contact/ | Home (via the menu) |
| Each resource article | Relevant service page(s), /contact/ |
Technical Requirements (Every Page)
These apply to every page on the site:
- Page title: unique, under 60 characters, format:
[Service/Topic] — [City, FL] \| All Ways Signs and Graphics - Search description: unique, under 155 characters, includes the main search term + a call-to-action
- Main heading: one per page, matching the page title's focus
- Images: descriptive file names (
vehicle-wrap-ford-transit-fort-lauderdale.jpg) and alt text (a short text description) on every image - Name/address/phone block in footer: business name, phone, email, and address/service area — identical text on every page (consistency here directly helps your local Google ranking)
- Tap-to-call: your phone number set up so a tap on a phone dials it automatically, in both the header and footer
- Schema markup: the behind-the-scenes code that helps Google understand each page — LocalBusiness on all pages, Service on service pages, FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) on pages with FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) blocks
- "Get a Free Quote" button: in the header and at least once in the body of every page
- Sitemap: a file that lists all your pages, submitted to Google so it finds everything quickly after launch
- Analytics & search tracking: set up from day one, so you can see how many people call you or fill out the quote form from the site
Open Items That Sharpen This Plan
These don't hold up building Phase 1, but answering them improves the details:
- Operating address — if you have a storefront customers can visit, we add the address to the footer, the behind-the-scenes code, and the Contact page map. If you work on a service-area basis instead, we use city/county language.
- Real business hours — needed for the Contact page and your Google profile. (The old listing showed a placeholder "24 hours" that isn't accurate — we'll use your real hours.)
- Reviews — your live Google profile already shows 5.0 from 132 reviews, so the Reviews page and the home-page snapshot launch fully populated. The only open detail is how we bring them onto the site — pulling them in live vs. placing the best ones as cards.
- Logo display permission — we'll confirm we're cleared to display jetBlue, Club Wyndham, Hoerbiger, and USP Marine before they go on the new site.
- Highest-margin services — if one service line is far more profitable for you, that page moves up in the build order so we lead with what makes you the most money.
Phase 1 is the smallest version of the new site worth launching; Phases 2 and 3 expand it over time. Every page, web address, and search term here reflects your verified service list and the South Florida markets you serve.
